Welcome to Financial Aid @ Kirtland Community College
-
Have financial aid and want to drop a course?
Ask financial aid FIRST to see what impact
it may have on your ability to receive aid in the future.
-
Check your NetPartner account after September 11th for
anticipated disbursement dates of your fall financial aid.
Remember to use your NetPartner PIN. It is not the same PIN as myKirtland or myClassroom. If you forgot your PIN there is a link to get it right above our office personnel photos.
Financial Aid For "Late Applicants"
(FAFSA filed after
11/8/09)
- Upon registration, it is the student’s responsibility to pay
tuition and fees incurred at KCC by the due date listed below.
Otherwise, the registration will be canceled and all courses
dropped. If you register:
Nov. 9-20: Tuition & fees are due by Dec. 7, 2009
Jan. 6-8: Tuition & fees are due at the time of registration
- The Office of Financial Aid does not hold classes for students
that are pending review or incomplete. To secure classes until
financial aid eligibility is determined, students may enroll in the
eCashier payment plan. Details are available at
http://kirtland.edu/accounting/facts.htm.
- For newly awarded students, an award notification will be mailed
and any grant/scholarship amount automatically applied to the
student’s account. Charges may not be made against loans until the
MPN is fully signed and the loan is approved. Individuals may be
reimbursed for monies paid upfront once the funds are actually
disbursed at KCC. Disbursement dates are available on Net Partner at
my.kirtland.edu/NetPartnerStudent.
- Bookstore charges open Monday, November 30th for students with
adequate financial aid and/or third party assistance. KCC does not
have a book loan system so individuals may need to pay out-of-pocket
for purchases. Lack of textbooks is not a valid reason for missing
class.
- Students deciding not to attend classes for any reason are
responsible for dropping the courses via the Registration Office or
my.kirtland.edu.
Failure to officially drop can result in financial consequences.
If you have questions of any kind relating to financial aid, please
telephone or
