Welcome to Kirtland Community College
Human Resources! The mission of the Human Resources
department @ KCC is to:
- Attract, screen, and hire people who will serve the mission of
the college.
- Provide orientation, training, and support to enable these
people to serve the mission.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that clarify,
strengthen, encourage, and provide best practices in human
resources.
- Assist in communicating the mission, vision, values, and goals
of the college, so that all are working together.
In December of 2005 KCC President Dr. Charles Rorie honored six Kirtland
employees with well-deserved recognition, each for 20 years of service
to the college. Pictured (l-r) are Ed Koliba, who is the college’s
chief business and financial officer; Ginna Wenger, a full-time faculty
member in the English Department; Joe Meadows, a maintenance worker; Don
Dyer, the director of counseling; and Jackie Liddle who administers the
Kirtland House as conference services specialist. Missing from the
picture is Kathy Barber, Kirtland’s coordinator of personnel and business
services.
